
All services and deliveries rendered opposite customers by Kontrollpunkt® Josef Probst, solely result on the basis of the following general terms and conditions. Deviating, opposing or supplementing general terms and conditions will not be the existence of the developed contract, unless their validity is expressly agreed in writing.
When ordering through the Internet, the costumer delivers a binding offer on conclusion of a sales contract. Kontrollpunkt® Josef Probst is allowed to accept this offer within 14 days starting from entrance of the order under forwarding a confirmation of order by e-mail. The following invoice contains all important payment details (invoice amount, invoice number and bank account).
The minimum order value in Germany amounts to 25,- Euro (without shipping). To Europe and all other foreign countries 75, – Euro (without shipping).
Prices apply in Euro (EUR) as indicated in the webshop at the time of order. They are final prices plus shipping. The VAT is not included due to the exemption for small business owner (in accordance with §19 Abs.1 UStG.). Therefore the VAT is not separately listed on invoice.
For each order we calculate 7,- Euro shipping.
For sending to Europe and to all other foreign countries we calculate the actually resulting postal charges. The costumer has to bear the costs for arising customs duties or taxes.
We deliver solely for payment in advance. Please indicate the invoice number as reason for payment at your transfer.

Payments from foreign banks are within the European Union without additional fees, if you indicate the IBAN and BIC/SWIFT code for our bank account on the transfer. You find these codes below our bank account in the confirmation of order. Without these codes we calculate an additional bank charge of approx 10,- Euro. If you have a german bank account, of course no additional costs result.
Terms of payment for countries outside of the European Union please inquire by e-mail.
The delivery is carried out from Berlin to the shipping address indicated by the customer, if different has not expressively been agreed. If no shipping address is indicated, the delivery is carried out automatically to the invoice address. Post-office boxes are not being delivered. All dates of delivery mentioned are strictly non-binding.
We deliver by post or parcel service, usually within maximally 15 days. The shipment takes place as insured package. If goods should be at short notice out of stock, you will immediately be informed about the current delivery time via e-mail.
Please do not accept damaged deliveries. Else wise you tacitly agree to the perfect receipt of the delivery.
Please consider that our products are not mass-produced goods. Individual goods can be fast out of stock and can possibly be not to reordered.
All delivered goods remain our property up to the complete payment.
The warranty period amounts two years starting from delivery. The customer has to examine the delivered goods immediately after delivery for defectiveness. If there are justified defects, we commit ourselves to the rectification of defects or replacement according to our selection. Please consider that our products are handmade (silkscreen). Minimum deviations do not represent defects.
In case of complaints the purchase date must be proven with an invoice. The complaint good must be sent back together with a copy of the invoice to us. Please contact us first by e-mail.
Without giving reasons, the customer can return the received goods within 14 days in form of text (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or by sending back the goods. The term begins earliest with the receipt of goods together with this instruction. To meet the cancellation time limit you need to send of the goods or the revocation in due time. Please send the goods franked and insured. Unfranked and not insured deliveries will be rejected!
Minimum coloured deviations between the photos on the web page and the delivered goods are colortechnically conditioned and represent no errors.
In case of an effective revocation of what has been received in performance of the contract of both sides must be restored and, if appropriate, the effect of taking the goods into use must be restored.
If the goods have deteriorated compensation for lost value can be requested.
This does not apply if the deterioration can be attributed exclusively to examination of the goods, as might have happened, for example, in a shop. The customer can avoid the compensation obligation by not taking the goods into use as an owner and refrain from doing anything which reduces their value.
Liability to refund payments must be execute within 30 days after sending off of your revocation.
With orders up to an amount of 40,- Euro, the customer has to bear the regular cost of the return, if he recalled in time, unless the delivered goods did not match the placed order.
With returns from foreign countries the customer has to bear the cost independently of the amount of the order value, if the delivered goods corresponds to the ordered goods.
Your personal data will be stored only for the processing of orders in machine-readable writing. All personal data will of course be treated confidentially and passed on not on third, but used only internally and at parcel services.
Exclusively the right of the Federal Republic of Germany is applied. The application of the UN-Buyers Rights is impossible.
In case one of this clause be or become ineffective, this will be replaced by the legally valid one. The validity of the other clauses remains intact.
